Cora Bishop Willoughby, 90, Fairburn, died Dec. 28, 1998. She was born June 8, 1908 in Fayette County, the daughter of William and Vess Banks Bishop. Services were held at the Parrott Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Phillip Johnson and the Rev. Hershel Turner officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill Memorial Park, Fairburn, Ga. Survivors include a son, Billy (and Carol) Willoughby, Fayetteville; daughters, Lizzie Mae Peek, Ellaville, Marjorie (and Wilson) Harris, Fayetteville, and Polly (and Maxie) Davis, Palmetto; sisters, Minnie Lee Scott, Smyrna (and Mattie) Banks, Griffin. There are seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge of the arrangements.
