Gladys Hatton Hovermale

Gladys Hatton Hovermale, March 15, 1934 - May 19, 2010, was a Bath Co. native and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Mary Jane Shrout Hatton and one son, Michael Hovermale.

Gladys is survived by her husband, Perry Hovermale of Owingsville; four daughters, Mary Elaine Hovermale of Owingsville, Lella Sanchez of Marion, Indiana, Anita Hughes of Owingsville and Rachael Hovermale of Richmond, Ky.; six sons, Perry Hovermale, Jr. of Owingsville, Matthew Hovermale of Salt Lick, Ivan Hovermale of Owingsville, Evan Hovermale of Marion, Indiana, Joseph Hovermale of Owingsville and Timothy Hovermale of Louisville; 37 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren; one sister, Virgaleen Ginter of Owingsville and one brother, Adrian Dorsey Hatton of Morehead. Gladys is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The visitation for Gladys Hatton Hovermale will be held after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Owingsville. The funeral for Gladys Hatton will be held on
Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., also at the church. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will be officiating. Burial will be at the Shrout Cemetery.
