Elizabeth McGraudy, married Hugh Thompson in Dunganon, Ireland on 14 August 1717. After his death in the mid 1700's, she immigrated to Pennsylvania with her brother, Samuel, and her four sons. She lived and died in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Nothing more is known about her life there, but it's assume she lived a quiet, unassuming one.

Son Robert's house, known as the Thompson-Neely House and Mill, is a National Monument in Washington's Crossing, Bucks County, Pennsyvania. Son John's house not far away is listed as a Historic Landmark. Many descendants, into the mid-twentieth century, are buried in the nearby Thompson Memorial Cemetery.
