Mrs. Loraine "Lani" Theoharis Paine, 83, of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, died on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at the Watertown Memorial Hospital with her loving family sharing in her passing. Mrs. Paine was preceded in death by her father, Gustave Theoharis and her mother Ann Theoharis of Milwaukee; 2 sisters Dorothy Preston and Carrie Solsberry and a son Timothy G. Paine. She is survived by her spouse, Gordon W. Paine of Johnson Creek; one sister Jean Rochester of Watertown WI; one son Thomas G. Paine of Johnson Creek, one daughter Esther E. Ingbretson of Johnson Creek; 4 grandchildren Theodore Paine of Portland, OR, Harmony Rutzinski, Tiernan Paine and Trevor Paine, and by 1 great-granddaughter Ava, all of Wisconsin; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Paine was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on December 7, 1952, and was associated with the Fort Atkinson Congregation as an active member sharing hope from God's Word with others until her death. A private burial was at Bloomer City Cemetery.

The family was served by the Olson Funeral Home, Bloomer, Wisconsin.
