MILLRY -- The Rev. John Dale Atchison, a minister, died Tuesday in Gautier, Miss. He was 56. Atchison, a native and resident of Millry, was a member of New Life Fellowship Church. Survivors include his wife, Colleen Taylor Atchison of Millry; one son, Terry Don Atchison of Gautier; one daughter, Tori Dee Atchison McVay of Coffeeville; his mother, Dorothy Atchison, and a sister, Dora Atchison, both of Millry; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Lathan Funeral Home in Chatom. The funeral is set for 2 p.m. Friday at New Life Fellowship Church in Chatom. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery.
