Teddy S. Jay, 20 years old, 1400 S. Wilson avenue, died in a city hospital Friday. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Watts & McAtee. He is survived by his mother and father, two sisters, Mrs. Lotile Hartsfield and Mrs. Mianie Rowlins, Delaware, Ark.; four brothers, Elmer, Dogan, Joe and Lee Jay, all of Oklahoma City.
