Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Crestview Memorial Park with Harvey McMurry, Chaplain of Hospice of Wichita Falls, officiating. Services are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Mrs. Westmoreland was a homemaker.
Survivors include daughter, Evelyn Stephens of Wichita Falls; son, Richard of Llano; three grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
