Leonard W. Ebsen, 92, Superior, died Monday at Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital, Superior. Services will be this morning (Thursday) at 10:30 at Salem Lutheran Church with the Rev. Michael Osberg officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Ebsen, son of William and Rosa Lichtenberg Ebsen, was born Dec. 30, 1901, on a farm near Cedar Bluffs, in Saunders County. As a young child the family moved from Cedar Bluffs to Bostwick. He attended Bostwick and Superior Schools. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church.

He was united in marriage to Ruby May Good, Aug. 21, 1929, at the Presbyterian Church, Superior. He was a farmer and stockman near Bostwick until 1963 when they moved to Superior to retire.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Eulin; two sisters, Mabel Davis and Clarabell Adams, all of Superior; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
