Mr. Daniels was born February 14, 1895 in Johnson County, the son of David and Katherine Burton Daniels.
He was a resident of Van Lear, aretired coal field operator and a member of the United Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Minnie Fraley Daniels; 3 sons, Cecil Danielsof Lowmansville, Estill Daniels of Van Lear and Russell Daniels of Wabash, IN; a daughter, Hazel Fisher of Cocoa, FL; a sister, NoraMoore of Ironton, OH;
22 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, September 2, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.Charles Stapleton officiating.
Burial was in Pack Cemetery at Williamsport with Jones-Preston Funeral Home handling arrangements.
