Mrs. Coates Dies In Wicomico Home
Glass, Oct. 28 - Mrs. Frances Conway Coates, 76, died today at the home of her sister, Mrs. John Henry Robins at Wicomico.
She is survived by one son, Finly Coates of Glass; three daughters, Mrs. Nannie Brown of Wicomico, Mrs. Herman Belvin of Norfolk and Mrs. Alvin Witcher of Norfolk; four sisters, Mrs. John Henry Rollins, Mrs. Lillian West, of Wicomico and Mrs. Jack Belvin and Mrs. Laura Belvin of Hayes; one brother, Nicodeamus Conway of Hayes; 24 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Groves Memorial Presbyterian Church. The funeral cortege will leave the Hogg Funeral Home at 2 p.m.
