Mrs. Anna (Ondis) Konsevitch of 14 Willow Street, Hanover-Green entered into eternal life on November 28, 1976. She was a patient in Mercy Hospital.

Anna was born in Lukavica, Czechoslovakia to Andrew and Helena (aka Eelya) Ondis on May 28, 1894.

Anna came to the United States on December 6, 1923 to her Uncle George Yurchisin's (memorial #103343756) home In Swoyersville .

On June 6, 1926 she married her husband, Sila Konsevitch and together they settled in Hanover Township.

Anna was an active member of St. John The Baptist Russian Orthodox Church in Nanticoke. She was a gifted cook and avid reader.

Besides her husband, Sila and her parents, Anna was predeceased by a brother, John Ondis in Czechoslovakia, a sister, Mary Hardos in Czechoslovakia, (formerly of Langley Prairie, British Columbia) and son-in-law William Speary. Cousins John Ondis, Susan Sosik (# 61571743), George Ondis (#139461239) and Andro Ondis (#122898647).

Surviving are children: Dorothy Speary, Mary (Nick) Bugel of Niagara Falls, Andrew (Nancy), and Selar (JoAnn) of Bethlehem. Grandchildren: William (Judy), Anna, Susan, Bruce, Maryanne, Lisa, Nicholas, Lynda, Andrew, Valorie, and Gregory. Four great grandchildren, Bonnie, William, Jean and Janet.

Funeral will be Wednesday from Simon S Russin Funeral home, 136 Maffett Stret, Plains with Divine Liturgy at 9:15 in St John The Baptist Russian Orthodox Church. Internment in Fern Knoll Burial Park, Dallas.

Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 with Parastas at 7:30pm with Rev Robert Kondratick officiating
