She was born on November 4, 1933, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of the late Herman and Lela (Bynum) Ford.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Earl J. Hull; sons, James (Susan) Hull and David (Judy) Hull; sister, Geri Evans; five grandchildren, Scott and Matthew Hull, Jason (Sarah) Taylor, Jennifer (Chris) VanTilburgh, Joni (Brad) Dunham; two great-grandchildren, Carson and Brooks Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Two sisters preceded her in death, Ruell Chaney and Jessie George.
Sally's main interests were her family. She was excellent in food preparation, flower arranging, wrote many retirement departure scripts, funeral eulogies and hosted party gatherings honoring special guests.
She worked eight years as a confidential secretary for the B. F. Goodrich Company in Akron, OH. After her sons were in school, Sally was employed by LeRoi Division of Dresser Industries with eighteen years of service as Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Sally was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and an associate member of Wilson Memorial Auxiliary.
A public graveside service will be held Friday, June 18, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney, OH, with Dr. Keith Wagner officiating.
There will be no public visitation prior to the services. Arrangements are being handled by the Cromes Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave., Sidney, OH.
