who Died on the 28th day of April,
in the year of our Lord 1848. Aged 41.
He was an affectionate Husband & Loving father
and left a Widow with 6 Children to lament his loss.
While in the world we yet remain,
We only meet to part again;
But when we reach the Heav'nly shore,
We then shall meet to part no more.
