DEATH SUMMONS YOUNG MOTHER

Mrs. John Nider Passed Away at Montevideo Tuesday – Funeral at Bechyn Today

Mrs. John Nider, a former resident of Henryville, died at the family home in Montevideo on Tuesday evening at six o'clock after an illness of about three weeks. The remains were brought to Olivia yesterday afternoon and from the depot they were taken to the home of J. W. Honzay. From there they were taken this morning to the Catholic church at Bechyn where the funeral services took place.

Jennie Moudry was born in Henryville and reared in that township where she attended school. About two years ago she was united in marriage to John Nider and since that time made her home in Montevideo. She was known here as an estimable young woman of kindly and gentle disposition and of a beautiful Christian character. Her death in the prime of life and usefulness brings sorrow to her many relatives and friends and is a sad blow to the bereaved husband and little ones.

She is survived by her husband and two children, also four sisters and four brothers, as follows: Mrs. John W. and Mrs. Joseph Honzay of Olivia; Mrs. P. J. Wacek, Troy; Mrs. Milan Tripp, Florida; Frank Moudry, Montevideo, James, John and Joseph Moudry, Henryville. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved relatives in their sorrow.
