Services held for Mrs. Joseph W. Moudry, 73

Funeral services were held Friday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church for Mrs. J. W. (Rose) Moudry. Mrs. Moudry, 73 died on September 1 at the Renville County Hospital from leukemia.

Rose Dworshak was born on April 15, 1896 in Vesta. She was married on May 10, 1915 in Bechyn to Joseph W. Moudry. She was a member of the Bohemian Rosary Society and the V.F.W. Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph, and five children. They are Mrs. Vincent (Ceceillia) Clouse, Lake Lillian; Ray and Stanley of Olivia; Joseph of New York; and George of Morton. There are also 21 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Mayme Byram and Lillian Herdina of Olivia and a brother, Jim Dworshak of Bird Island. One son, Roman, preceded her in death.

Pallbearers at the funeral were James Clouse, Hutchinson; Jerome Clouse, LeSueur; Ray Moudry, Jr. Minneapolis; John Moudry, Jerry Moudry, Olivia; and Richard Moudry, Milroy.

Attending the funeral from out-of-town were relatives and friends from Okebena, Redwood Falls, LeSueur, Hutchinson, Lake Lillian, Bird Island, Minneapolis, and California.
