HATTIESBURG - A gathering of friends is 1-4 p.m. Saturday at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg for Sidney "Sid" Johnston, 62, of Hattiesburg, who died June 23, 2010, at Forrest General Hospital.
Mr. Johnston was a Army veteran. He established Beautiful Day in 1971 and was co-founder of W.H.S.T. game room. He was a member of Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church in Vicksburg.
Survivors include a sister, Sonya J. Erickson of Vicksburg; and a brother, Mel Johnston of Hattiesburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Avery and Christine Johnston.
Memorials may be made to Christian Services Inc. or Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church.
