Batavia Daily News, Wednesday, November 27, 1963:
Albert Bunce, 49 of Portageville, died Monday Nov. 25, 1963 of a heart attack in his home. His wife, the former Mae Nichols, died in 1962. Mr. Bunce was a machinist at the Robeson Cutlery Co. in Perry. Survivors are a son, Arthur; 2 daughters, Mrs. Marie Walker, Caledonia, and Miss Dorothy Bunce, of Mt. Morris; a sister, Mrs. Burton De Lude of Bliss and a stepbrother, Jack White, Salamanca. Weeks Funeral Home handled arrangements. Rev. Wesley Parmeter of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Perry officiated. Burial was in the Warsaw Cemetery.
