She was born March 3, 1892 in Franklin Township, a daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy Gordon Crayne.
Her husband Frank Morris whom she married November 15, 1925, preceded her in death on November 29, 1945.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Mrs. Velma Morris of Waynesburg, and five nieces, Mrs. Edith Miller of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. William H. Dunn of California, Mrs. William G. Cowieson also in California, Mrs. Marie P. Miller, Pittsburgh, and Mrs. Jean Carroll of Waynesburg.
Two nephews, Allen Pratt of Lagonda and Fred Morris of Tulsa, Oklahoma, also survive. A brother, Harry and two sisters, Mrs. J. B. Pratt and Ann Crayne preceded her in death.
She was a lifelong resident of the Waynesburg area and was a member of the First Christian Church of Waynesburg.
From 1914 to 1925 she had been employed by Gulf Oil Company at Pittsburgh and was a licensed practical nurse for 18 years.
