Surviving are four sons, Claude; Curtis, of South Whitley; Freeman, of Rossville, and Floyd, of Chicago.
She was a devoted member of the Church of the Brethren at Pyrmont.
Among those who attended the funeral from a distance were: Curtis Cripe and family, of South Whitley; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cripe and Mrs. Effie Cripe, of North Manchester.
The body was removed to the Grimm and Son funeral home.
The funeral was held at 10:30 o’clock Monday morning at the Pyrmont Church of the Brethren, with the Revs. John Root and David Barnhart officiating; interment in Pyrmont cemetery. Six grandsons acted as pall bearers.
