Darlington- Frank Darrah, 87, longtime Lafayette county farmer, died Thursday night in a Monroe hospital after a long illness.
He was born in Blanchard township and operated farms in that area until he retired to Darlington 10 years ago.
Mr. Darrah's only survivors are several nieces and nephews. He was an uncle of Helene and Morris Hughes, Darlington.
Funeral services will be held at 9 am in the Holy Rosary Catholic church, Darlington, with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Bernard Doyle officiating. Burial will be in Yellowstone cemetery.
Friends may call at the Steil funeral home, Darlington, after noon today.
