Judge Hayes 82 of Springdale died July 7, 2010 in Springdale. He was born December 25, 1927 in Linden, Texas to Franklin Glenn and Allie Lee Floyd Hayes.
He was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of Springdale DAV. He is a retired welder.
He is survived by his wife Bertha Young Hayes whom she married May 17, 1958. Three sons: William "Billy" Hayes and wife Laurie of Springdale, Howard Lee Hayes and wife Ruth of Omaha, AR, Rockie Dale Hayes and wife Rhonda of Alexandria, VA, step-son Ray Gene Sams and wife Nila of Gentry: two daughters; Margaret Ann Hattabaugh and husband Dean of Japton and Mary Jo Varley and husband Chris of Grand Prairie, TX, brothers, Robert Hayes of Elkins and Jim Hayes of Thayer, MO. Twenty-two grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. John Martin officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home
