Buck Balderson Services Saturday

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home for R. H. (Buck) Balderson, 61, 2303 Highland Road, who died at his residence Wednesday evening. He had owned and operated Buck's Used Cars since 1950.

The rev. Ralph L. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens.

He was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., a son of the late Thomas W. and Letha Rounds Balderson. He was a member of the Grace Brethern Church. He was a veteran of World War II. He had formerly operated Buck Balderson's Moving and Transfer Co.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Mary Coe Balderson, three sons, Jerry L. of Rockport, and Billie R. and Thomas H. of Parkersburg; two brothers, Leon and Carl, of Parkersburg, four sisters, Mrs. Geneviene Watkins, Mrs. Amelia McGarry, and Mrs. Velma Metz of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Esther Berlin of Vienna; and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
