The funeral of Mrs Anna Haverlak took place Saturday ( October 3, 1936) morning at 9 am from the home, 132 Robert Street, Sheatown and was attended by scores of friends and relatives.

Brief services were conducted at the house, followed by a requiem at Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Church, Alden.

Interment was in the parish cemetery, Pollander Hill.

Flower carriers were Mrs Anna Rushinko, Mrs Anna Vengzin,Mrs Fannie Balutanski, Mrs Eva Ruduski, Mrs Elizabeth Bugel, Mrs Anna Knapcho, Frances Byorick, Mary and Anna Marchall,Anna Belisek, V. Zavishlak, Mary Ukas, and Mary Makara.

Honory pall bearers, son-in-laws of the deceased were James Amoritis, Fred Makara, Fred Shevchuk, Nicholas Petrochko, John Kochema and Andrew Spevm.

Active bearers were Anna's sons: Andrew, Thomas, Peter, Steven, and Fred Haverlak. And James Amoritis, son-in-law.
