Kenneth E. Olm, age 91, formerly of Kiel, died on June 26, 2010 at Chilton Care Center.
He was born April 23, 1919 in the Town of Eaton, son of the late Walter and Lillie (Valleskey) Olm.
He served for four years in the Army Air Corps during World War II. His service took him to the South West Pacific, from Australia to Okinawa, Japan. Kenneth was a member of the 58th Fighter Group, 310 Fighter Squadron
He was married to Evelyn Piepenburg on December 15, 1945 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Collins, WI. She preceded him in death on November 19, 2004.
Survivors include his children, Dr. Larry Olm and Dr. Lana Olm, Wauwatosa; three sisters, Florence Ruh, Kiel, Audrey Prausa, Manitowoc, Elaine Youngchild, Manitowoc; and one sister-in-law, Rose Piepenburg, Sun City, AZ.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; one brother, Karl Olm; two sisters, Ruth Olm and Myrnabelle Sy; six brothers-in-law, Jack Youngchild, Ernest Sy, Harvey Ruh, Wallace Prausa, Eldor Piepenburg , Merlin Piepenburg; and two sisters-in-law, Hazel Piepenburg and Alice Piepenburg.
Private services have taken place with entombment in Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.
