She was born June 5, 1904 in York township. She was the daughter of the late Emanuel Grim and Elenora Clementine Ness.
Bessie never married
She was owner and operator of Bessie Ness' Beauty Shop. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Red Lion and American Association of Retired Persons Chapter 24.
Miss Ness is survived by nieces and nephews.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Lester R. Spies.
