Services will be in St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Fathers Bill Rowe and Jim
Buerster presiding. Visitation will be in Summers Funeral Home with the Holy Rosary.
Burial will be in South Bend Cemetery in Ste. Marie.
Mr. Shryock was born March 19, 1905, in Jasper County, the son of Grant and Clara (Metcalf) Shryock.
He married Catherine Menacher June 6, 1927.
He was a retired laborer and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Olney.
Survivors include his wife Catherine; five sons, LeRoy Shryock and Byrl Shryock, both of Olney; George Shryock, College Station, Texas; Ronald Shryock, Gaylord, Mich.; and Rex Shryock, Noble; two daughters, Imogene Riegel, Springfield, and Carol Jenkins, Cahokia; a sister, Grace Morris, St. Petersburg, Fla.; 30 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, two sisters and Five brothers.
