Doris Manning, 66, died May 31, 2003. Services will be held at noon Thursday, June 5, 2003 in the Johnson's Funeral Chapel in San Saba with Reverend Russ Frasier officiating. Burial will follow at 4:30 p.m. in the Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton. Visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Manning was born December 6, 1936 in Hamilton, the daughter of Albert and Elenora Jeschke. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She always thought of others before herself.
Her parents and two daughters, Terry Sue and Dusty Lynn preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband Don Manning; son, Rocky Manning and wife Tina and their children, Hanna, Vaughn, Angie and Randy; daughter, Tammy Whitley and their children, Michael, Christopher and Heather; son, Tracy Manning and wife Krista and their children, Courtney, Caty and Cody; step-daughter, Debbie Skipper and husband Randy and their children, Angie, Missy, Stephanie and their six grandchildren.
