Martha Kreider Herr
Daughter of Joseph and Barbara Kreider, was born July 29, 1867, departed this life July 7, 1938, aged 70 years, 11 months and 8 days.
On November 9, 1890, she was united in marriage with George Herr who preceded her in death some years ago. God blessed this family with six sons: Harry, Walter, Russell, Howard, Edgar and Ralph, all of whom remain to mourn mother's passing.
All of her life has been spent in and around our own little town of West Milton, where she gave a life full of love and devotion to her family and community.
She leaves to mourn her departure her six sons, five grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Hamiel of Dayton, Mrs. Mary Knee of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Anna Hartz of Springfield, and a host of friends and neighbors.
The family extends its deepest appreciation to the friends and neighbors, especially do they want to remember three: Mrs. Ramsey, Marian Harlacher and Mary Kreider, for all the kindnesses shown to mother in her illness and expressions of sympathy to us in our bereavement.
