Survivors include her husband Albert L Carter; daughter Mrs. Ann Allgood of Atlanta; son U. S. Air Force Capt. Bruce Carter of Lebanon, Ill.; mother Mrs. Ada Barger of Dunkirk; and brother Robert N. Miller of Dunkirk.
