Donald W. Kielbasa, age 39, suddenly Monday, December 13, 1976 as St. Joseph Hospital. Late residence 233 Howard St., Plainfield. Survived by his mother Rita (Ebben), and stepfather Spiro Kljaich of Plainfield, his father Charles kielbasa of Joliet and his grandmother Mrs. Irene Ebben of Joliet, several aunts and uncles, also numerous nephews and nieces and cousins. Born in Wisconsin. Preceded in death by his sister Sharon Reeves. Employed at the Joyce 7-Up Company for the past seven years. Remains are resting at the Tezak funeral home, 459 N. Ottawa at Chicago streets where services will be held Wednesday at 9:15 A.M. to St. Mary's church, Plainfield at 10 A.M. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. -Joliet Herald News, December 14, 1976.
