Antje (Anna) Masmeyer (aka Masmeijer) was the daughter of Hendrik Masmeijer and Leena van der Meij (aka Lena van der Mey) of Loosdrecht, Utrecht, NLD. She married Johannes Braschler there on 17 May 1829, and in 1847 emigrated to the US with him and their 8 children Helena, Hendrik, Maria, Nicolaas, Jannetje, Martinus, Antje. Jasper died at sea during the trip.
