Photo courtesy of Jim & Kathie Hardy. This dog Tag was found in 2011 by a Frenchman in the forest near the American Cemetery in Brittany, France. The Cemetery Superintendent contacted me after finding my Find-a-Grave memorial for Mr. Andrus. I passed along the Superintendent's message to Jim & Kathie Hardy. Mr. Hardy is a nephew of George Andrus. After 70 years, the dog tag is now in possession of the family of George Andrus.
