Mrs. Margaret S. Price
Eckhart - Mrs. Margaret S. Price, 68, died yesterday in Miners Hospital, Frostburg, where she had been a patient for eight days. She had been in declining health the past year.
She was born at Springfield, W. Va., February 7, 1898, a daughter of the late Edward and Louise (Roberts) Shannon. Surviving are her husband, Annan Price, one daughter, Mrs. John Dormio, LaVale, and one son, William Price, LaVale, five sisters, Mrs. Daisy Rephorn Rosenmerkel, Mrs. Louise Dillon, Mrs. Chester Brant and Mrs. Virginia Bader, all of Cumberland, and Mrs. Jacob Hess, Eckhart, two brothers, Edgar Shannon and John Shannon, Frostburg, and one granddaughter.
Mrs. Price was a member of the Eckhart Methodist Church, the Women's Society of the Church and the Eckhart Homemakers Club.
The body is at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted Sunday at 1:30 p.m. from the funeral home by Rev. Willian Anderson. Interment will be in Eckhart Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael Grable, Thomas O'Brien, Joseph O'Brien, William Whiteman, Richard Brant and James Dillon. Obit with thanks to Sharon
