Dau of William & Sarah Dodd;
CURD
Mrs. Woodford Curd, of the Curdsville neighborhood, died Sunday morning. She had been sick for several weeks, but was thought to be better, and her death was quite unexpected to her many friends. She was sixty years old and a devoted Christian. Her funeral was preached Monday by Rev. W. D. Moore, and her remains laid to rest in the Shawnee Run grave yard.

CURD
Miss Nancy Curd died at her home, one mile east of here, last Sunday morning, the 14th, inst., of heart failure. She was 60 years of age, lacking one month. She leaves a brother and sister, one son and four daughters all of whom are grown. She had been a faithful christian woman and a member of that church for about ten years. Her husband, Woodford Curd, has been dead just ten months and four days. The funeral services were conducted in the church, here by her much beloved pastor, Rev. W. D. Moore. The remains were laid to rest in the cemetery nearby. She was a kind mother and much liked by every one and will be greatly missed.
