Ruth was born to Louis and Augusta (Klino) Mead. Hobbies were time with family, bowling and cooking. She married Howard L. Rosseau in 1992 whom predeceased her. Daughters, Carol (James)Sewar and Barbara (James)Turrell survive her. Services were held from the Bates,Wallace,& Heath Funeral Home in Middleport, New York,with Rev. Thomas Bender officiating.
