Retired head chef for Morgan Guarantee Trust in New York. Tony was also a caterer who catered to social events for Gloria Vanderbuilt. After his retirement he briefly worked for Captain Hirams on Florida's east coast. He is survived by four daughters: Arlen Avernian Thorensen in Largo, FL; Barbara Avernian presently in Manhattan, NY; Stephanie DiFrancesco in Colorado and Leila Lombardini in Lubbock, Tx. and has one deceased daughter: Diane Spadaro of Sebastian FL.
