Survivors include her husband, George J. Phillips; sons, George Phillips Jr. of Bloomington, Ind., and Ron Phillips of Owenton; daughters, Eunice Leonard of Goshen, Ohio, Jo Phillips of Erlanger and Tammy Phillips of Florence; brothers, Carl Rogers of Clay City and Eddie Rogers of Columbia, S.C.; sisters, Helen Bates of Covington, Eunice Star of Lexington and Linda Snowden of Clay City; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Saturday. Entombment will be in Floral Hills Mausoleum, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to Phillips Family, in care of Jo Phillips, 541 Greenfield Lane, No. 11, Erlanger, Ky. 41018.
