UNITED FOR LIFE

A surprise to their friends is the announcement of the marriage today of Miss Anna Weatherby, of St. Louis and Blaine W. Bradfute of this city, which was solemnized at New Albany this afternoon, by the Methodist pastor, Rev. F.O. Beck, well known here.

While the wedding was expected, the two young people did not make known their plans until this morning when they started in an auto with the announcement that they would not return for ten days. Carl Carr, a personal friend, accompanied them to New Albany. They will go by auto to St. Louis and a number of other places.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Weatherby of St. Louis, and has spent the past three summers with her aunt Mrs. J.O. Howe, south College avenue. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bradfute and well known because of his connection with The Telephone.
