Delores "Dee" Russell Overlock was born on December 4, 1932 in Calexico, CA; she was the 4th child of Steve & Nellie Russell.
Delores graduated from Madera High School class of 1950. She spent a good deal of her working life as a waitress at restaurants including over 30 years at several Denny's Restaurants. She retired from working after 15 years as a Wal-Mart People Greeter in Turlock, CA. She enjoyed being around and talking with people.
Prior to her passing, Delores made her home in Madera, CA.
Delores passed away at age 77 on Friday, August 6, 2010, in Fresno, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents Steve and Nellie Russell, her brothers, Jerry, Wayne and Malvis Russell and her sister Louise Gault.
Dee is survived by her three brothers, four sisters, numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, August 14, 2010, Jay Chapel, Madera, CA.
Interment on Monday, August 16, 2010 at Arbor Vitae Cemetery, Madera, CA.
