Andrew came to America from Ireland at age 13 with his sister Catherine, age 16, in 1847. He married Jane K. Gardner Stewart (also buried here) who also immigrated from Ireland when she was 8 years old (b.1837). Jane passed away 1/27/1900. Andrew passed away 1/27/1919. Their daughter Sarah Stewart Wakeford has a daughter, Violet Frances Wakeford, who was my mother’s, Sarah Frances Edwards Garton Hyson’s , birth mother.
