William "D.D." Williams, 68, Rossiter
RD 1, died Monday, May 8,1995,
in the Blose-MeGregor NursingCenter in Punxsutawney.
He was a former resident of Smithport & Las Vegas.
Born March 5, 1927, in Banks Township,
he was the son of Olan Dilts and Lillian Neal Williams.
He was self-employed as a landscaper & had worked
in Las Vegas.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.
Surviving are three sons:
William Williams, Batavia, Ill;
Steven Williams, Rochelle,Ill;
and Kenneth Williams, West Chicago, Ill;
seven grandchildren;
four sisters:
Ruth Williams, Clearwater, Fla.;
Mrs.Ann Cox, Falls Church, Va.;
Miss Cecil Williams, Rossiter RD 1;
and Mrs. Kathryn Vite, wife of Donald Vite, Rossiter RD 1; and one brother:
Calvin N. Williams,Prophetstown,Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers: Thomas,Clifford, Jay and Delbert Williams.
Friends will be received at the Albert E.Rairigh Funeral Home in Hillsdale. The Rev. Grant
Hunter and the Rev. Arnold Guntrum
will officiate and interment
will be in the Circle Hill Cemetery in
Punxsutawney.
