Will Abstract
December 20, 1790 Leake, Nathan Sr. of Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, yeoman Wife Hannah - 1/3 of movable estate, and use of 1/3 of real and wooden part of house.
Daughters Eleanor and Abigail - 10 pounds each Son David - plantation whereon I now live.
Son Nathan - my Sawmill, and all different surveys purchased of Clement Hall, Josiah Seely, and David Moore, and tract purchased of William Richmond, except 200 acres next to lands of John Nichols and John Sutton - also lands purchased of Frederick Fanner, Robert Morris, John Golden, and Josiah Seely, and tract purchased of John Jarman, bounded by lands of Joseph Heward.
Son Ephraim - plantation formerly belonging to Ezekiel Jarman and land purchased of Waitell Snethen - also tract purchased of Annanias Snethen, except 30 acres to be sold to pay off mortgages.
Sons David, Nathan, Ephraim - to maintain my daughters, David paying 1/3 more than Nathan and Ephraim Wife Hannah - to care for daughter Amy - and sons for surety and support of their sister Amy, before selling any lands bequeathed them.
Daughters Phebe, Rachel, Ruth, and Rebecca - 200 acres of Richmond tract - also cedar swamp in Hayneck, and residue of movables - all to equally divided between them.
Servant man Jack - to be set at liberty
Son Ephraim - not of age - to have funds from his inheritance for good education Debts and dues to be paid from profits of milk Executors Wife Hannah, Son David Leake Proved December 22, 1791
