Ellen Barger Wilkinson was born August 19, 1929 in Denver, CO, the daughter of Guy Henry and Marie Louise Riley Barger. She was raised in her mother's home town of Moundsville WV. She and her husband, Charles Wilkinson (son of Raymond and Elsie Tippens Wilkinson), were married in Moundsville on November 15, 1953. She was the beloved mother of Gregory, Nancy, and Kathie (Ziegler). Grandmother of four and great-grandmother of two. She lived in Chatham, NJ from 1964 until her death. Loved and missed by many.
