Mrs. Jackson was 82 years of age and had been in ill health for many years.
Last rites were conducted by Rev. Delos Cassells of Gloster who was a life long friend of the deceased, assisted by Rev. H. J. McCool, also of Gloster.
Her grandsons served as pallbearers.
Her only daughter, Mrs. Edgar Tynes, passed away on Nov. 20, two months ago.
She leaves three sons, Bryan Jackson, Natchez; Webb and Nat Jackson, Gloster, and a number grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Burial was in the New Hope Cemetery.
