The family moved to Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts at some point. Experience married Medad Pomeroy on November 21, 1661 in Northampton. They had at least nine children, all born in Northampton. Experience died fairly young, in 1686, at age 42. She may have died in childbirth. She is buried at the Bridge Street Cemetery in Northampton.
