Richard Campbell
Richard "Hillbilly" Campbell, 52, of Belle died
Sept. 6, 2009, at home after a long illness. He was
a lifelong resident of Kanawha County.
Surviving are his daughter, Jennifer Lynn Camp-
bell of Chesapeake; parents, Frank and Dillie Hard-
ing Campbell of Belle; sisters, Brenda Sue Campbell
and companion, Michael Oxley, and Karen Lee Lan-
ders and her husband, Jeff, all of Belle; nephews,
Michael Oxley and Michael Landers and his fiancée,
Billie Mullins; special friend, Donald "Duck" Minks;
and special grandparents, Pa and Ma Oxley.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, at
Fidler & Frame Funeral Home, Belle, with the Rev.
Randy Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Collins
Cemetery, Tad.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the
funeral home.
