At Elphin, Tuesday January 14th, Agnes McDougall, relict of the late Duncan McVean, aged 65 years. Born near McDonald's Corners in 1848, she married in 1888. Two children were born; James and Isabella,, both at home. Three brothers and six sisters are still living; Peter and John, in Dalhousie; Alex. at Sarnia; Mrs. John Blackburn, Middleville; Mrs. Robert Paul, Dalhousie; Mrs. John S. Craig, Cobalt; and Mrs. Wm. Dunlop, McDonald's Corners; Mrs. Johnston, Dalhousie; and Mrs. McFarlane (Neil McFarlane), Elphin. Her Husband died about eight years ago.
