Arthur George Pledger. 91. of 329 8th, died Sunday, Feb. 10th 1985 at the
McKay-Dee Hospital.

He was born July 16 1893, In London. England, a son of Arthur And Carolina
Amelia Money Pledger.

On Dec. 151915, he married Sarah Johns In the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She
died Dec 14 1939. On Feb 19 1941. he married Clare Amelia Moss In the Salt Lake
LDS Temple. She died Aug 21967. On June 30. 1969, a married Alice Pearl Jorgensen In the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

He had been manager of the Deseret Industries tor 25 years and was a beekeeper

He was a member of the LDS Mound Fort 2nd Ward where he was a high priest. He had been a home teacher, scoutmaster and superintendent of Sunday School. He had served as bishop of the Ogden 10th Ward, high councilman in the Farr West Stake. served in the stake presidency
of the Farr West Stake and was an officiator in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

He had served as president of the Utah State Beekeepers Association. He had lived In- London, England and Pleasant View prior to moving to Ogden.

Surviving are his widow of Ogden; three sons, David A. Pledger. Kaysvllle; Robert W. Pledger and Richard M. Pledger both of Roy; five daughters, Mrs. A. LeRoy (Glenna) Allen, North
Ogden; Mrs. Lue H.(Donna) Brinkerhoff, Glendale, Utah; Mrs. James K. (Helen) Summers Columbla, SC. Mrs. Rulon (Meriam) Stephens Ogden, Mrs. Steve (Dolores) Larkin. Clearfield
38 grandchildren, 94 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters Mrs Robert L. (Jenny) Garr, Ogden; Mrs Byron D. (Lou) Jensen, Brigham City. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 pm. in the Myers Mortuary Chapel in Ogden with Bishop John Marriott of the Mound Fort 2nd ward officiating.

Friends may call at the mortuary Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM and Wednesday prior to the services. Interment will be in the North Ogden Cemetery.
