"This family cemetery was located on the immediate west side of Archer Road and north of Highway 40 (Training Area 13) in what was Tract D-389 owned by T. Crystor Atkinson et ux. in 1944 (see Table 1 and Figure 1). It is marked as "relocated" on the 1944 map and included in Godburn's list of cemeteries moved to Butterwood Church where 11 individuals: Anna Hawthorne Atkinson, Lincoln F. Atkinson, Infant of A.M. Moody, 3 Infants of Willie Brough, Sallie Brough, Mr. Bill Brough, Mrs. Mary Atkinson, William Atkinson and Eliza Atkinson are listed (Godburn 1977: G-5)."
