Beatrice was the daughter of Charlie and Cordelia Webb Cox. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Griffith in 1997; and a son, Willie Joe Cox in 1973.
She was a retired seamstress and dressmaker, a member and Sunday school teacher at Greenup First Baptist Church and a member of Greenup County Homemakers and Greenup County Park and Fair Board.
Surviving are a daughter, Marsha Griffith of Ashland; a son, Ennis Ray Griffith of Clearwater, Fla.; and a grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Greenup First Baptist Church by Dr. Tom Melvin. Burial will be in Plum Grove Cemetery in Greenup.
